At StemAR, we are committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of our users' personal information.

By accessing and using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

1. License Grant: StemAR grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for educational purposes only. The number of students covered by the license must match the license chosen.

2. Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or share StemAR with other schools without prior written consent from StemAR.

3. Ownership: StemAR retains all rights, titles, and interests in the software and its intellectual property.

4. Augmented Reality Objects: The augmented reality objects provided by StemAR are not replicas and are intended for educational and entertainment purposes only.

5. Compatibility: StemAR augmented reality objects are exclusively compatible with mobile devices such as tablets, smartphones, iPhones, and iPads. The functionality of StemAR on mobile devices may vary depending on factors such as Internet availability, device technology, or software.

6. Refunds: Refunds are limited to the maximum access by scanning QR codes for 2% of the purchased student licenses for up to 7 days after purchase. For example, for a license covering 500 students, more than 10 accesses to AR objects will be considered not eligible for refund. Refunds are only applicable to schools. Any other buyer is not eligible for a refund and may have their license canceled at any time without prior notice. StemAR must review and approve refund requests.

7. Disclaimer: StemAR is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, and StemAR shall not be liable for any damages arising from its use.

8. Termination: StemAR reserves the right to terminate or suspend your license at any time for violations of this agreement.

9. Governing Law: The laws of the United States of America shall govern this agreement, and United States courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
